Policy Agreement

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. We set our work schedule by routes. Failure to call 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to any future grooming appointments.

We ask that all clients plan on having someone within your home during the entire duration of your appointment. This is required for all new clients and preferred for existing clients for safety reasons.

Pricing varies for each dog.  Pricing is determined by a number of factors: breed, size, services requested, condition of your pet's coat, and length of time since your dog's last groom. 

Quotes provided via phone or email are estimates only and are subject to our groomer’s expertise and evaluation at the time of service. 

Adjustments to pricing and additional charges may apply for conditions that were not known during the initial intake call. Most pricing adjustments are necessary because of the additional time it will take to properly groom your pet.

Examples of additional charges are: de-matting, shedless treatments, excessive coats, overweight or oversized dogs, elderly dogs, and behavior issues.

Our grooming schedule changes daily due to several variables.  Dogs take a different amount of time to groom depending on breed and coat condition.  While we try our best to estimate the time we will need for each appointment, your appointment time may shift from the time originally set based on changes in our schedule.  You will receive a text message appointment reminder with an ETA.  If there is a problem with the assigned time that is on your text reminder, please let us know and we will work to resolve the scheduling conflict.

 Your pet’s safety will never be compromised by rushing to meet a schedule.  Please allow a 30 minute window on either side of the appointment time to be considered an on-time arrival. If we are running more than 30 minutes behind, we will contact you.

Latchkey service can be arranged for clients who specifically request this service.  Once we know your pet(s), we can provide this service. Please provide us with the appropriate entry codes or a hidden key to access the home.  

Dogs must be crated when we arrive.  For safety reasons, we will not try to locate your pet within your home or your yard.
